I am having a problem with model 2410 speakerphone. The programming has the phone setting of 2-way for the speakerphone operation. The speakerphone only works 1-way. When I refresh the programming, it has no effect. The speakerphone continues with 1-way operation. I have about 50 other 2410 phones and they are capable of 2-way and work fine. What other settings could affect this issue?

If you are using a Definity System make sure that 2 way communication is set to line. Then busy-out the line and release it. This will return it back to two way communication. If you are using an IP Office you should be able to change it on the manager.
If the phone programming has been set to 2-way and you have reset the phone. Either by unplugging it and waiting for a few minutes then plugging it back in or from the idle state press the "MUTE" key and then dial R E S E T on the keypad. If after this it will still not work as 2 way then it is most likely a faulty phone.
