Receiving error code 0xc0150002 - Yahoo Messenger

Did you try installing the Windows Live Messenger 2009 and if Yes please check if all the Instances of Windows Live Messenger 2008 has been uninstalled and if yes and uninstall the Windows Live Messenger 2011 and check what OS is he using Windows 7 32 bit or 64 Bit and download it from
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowslive/rediscoverconversation/

Can you try downloading the yahoo messenger from the following:

Go to: http://www.filehippo.com

then

Search: Yahoo Messenger

Click on the result applicable to version of OS

Download the file and install.

I had an issue with this before dowloading from yahoo page itself so i tried a third party website to donwload the file and it worked.

Reinstall yahoo messenger and that should clear up the problem

I'm having the same problem, not quite sure whether it is happending due to upgrade to IE 8 or Windows Installer 4.5 installation. Cleanup and re-install of Yahoo Messenger 10 won't help. The YahooMessenger.exe fails to initialize right during the installation process.
