Bought the phone off E-Bay.
Put the sim card in.
Everything works but when i call voicemail (123 ) all I get is a crackling sound.
Press the envelope then highlight the voicemail push the menu key wich is the line key above the circle in the center of the phone either putin your number or call the company and get the voicemail phone number for the area that you are living in.
Have you set your voicemail yet? you need to set your voicemail in order for it to work.
