I cannot assess to yahoo mail - Yahoo Mail

Hi Robert, How are you accessing the yahoo accounts? Via Internet Explorer , FireFox, Outlook? When you say "cannot get into any other yahoo accounts", how many do you have?

We need to first assess how you are accessing them and if it's through a browser.... or Outlook or it's xrather your account. Can you try logging in using IE (I use this URL... mail.yahoo.com)
Try this and login... if you can't, then its an account issue. (password most likely).

Sorry, only yahoo can help you with this problem.

If you just changed the password, you still have the old acc't & old e-mails. Try to change the password again. You probably have to clk on "Forgot Password" in Yahoo.

If your email id and password not shared with anybody no need to panic. Keep change your password. Don't use your name / phone number / vehicle number etc. as your password. since it is easy to assess anybody. Also don't enable the option " remember me in this system" / " auto login" in any public computer / office computer. If you get any mail ids feels like it may be from any important officials asking for your mail id details don't give. Even Yahoo won't ask your password.

With the amount of dependencies constantly growing on the usage of emails it is quite difficult to imagine your email account getting hacked.
