Hi, my name is Cheri Torres and I work with DISH Network Customer service. We have a few different codes for each of our different models of remotes. I will list here for you the best codes for each of our more popular models of remotes and the instructions for addressing the remote to the TV. I hope this information helps and if you have any other questions please let me know!

Instructions for addressing the remote to the TV
1. Press and hold down the TV mode button until all the mode buttons light up red.
2. Enter the 3 digit code using the keypad.
3. Press the pound(#) button once.
4. Test the functionality of the TV.

I also own a Sylvania LD320SS8 HDTV. My solution to the
problem of remote codes that won't work is to junk the
Sylvania, and buy a reputable brand TV such as an LG
HDTV which will work nicely with DirecTV or Dish network
remotes.

I purchased a sylvanis lcd tv and it won't work with my comcast cable remote...I can't turn it on or off with it or turn up or down the volume. i've called my cable company 3 times and they can't seem to help me. Can you help?
