It seems that your OS has registry problem.

- Start PC in safe mode, normally Pressing F8 key when windows starts up.( Google it)
- In Safe Mode create a new user, with administrator privileges and protect it with password.
- Remove unwanted software's & programs.
- Empty the Recycle Bin.
- Download reliable program RegInOut to fix OS registry properly.
- Restart your PC normally and log on to the new account created.

you can download a piece of software called ophcrack and burn it to a cd, then put the cd in when the computer turns on and it should be able to crack the password for you.

If you are unable to open any programs, this sounds like a malware infection. If you can go to another computer and download the latest version of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, and save it on a jump drive or other removable storage. Reboot the computer in "Save Mode With Networking" (on Dell's you press f8 when the logo comes up, I do not know if this is the same for Everex). Once you are in with safe mode attempt to install Malwarebytes, update it and run it. Remove any infections and reboot the comptuer. Another tip, open internet explorer, click tools, click internet options, click the connections tab, click lan settings and uncheck any check boxes there and press ok.

do ctrl alt del and got to task manager after go to processes and look for mentest.exe right click and do end process tree ok after that close task manager and go to start control panel programs and unistall mentest and all will be just perfect thanks

Try this: Start it in safe mode (hit the F8 key repeatedly on startup--as soon as you see anything on the screen) and then try a system restore back to before it stopped working.
You can also run msconfig from the command line and remove all the items from startup (uncheck them) to see if one of them is causing the problems you are having. I've seen this behavior in systems infected with viruses or programs that cause it to be unstable.
