Question about Philips 37PF7320A 37 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
There is no solution as the problem is a defective product (the television) from the manufacturer. I remedied my problem by filing a complaint with the BBB, and Philips replaced the defective parte (all $1600 wort of parts) as they did not know exactly what was wrong. It took 5 months to have the situation resolved.
