Epson LX-300 driver for use in Mac OS 9 and Mac OSX

Hello: I recently bought an Epson LX-300 Matrix printer (usb port) and I need to use with Mac OS 9 and Mac OSX. I have the the Power Print 4.5.1 software but it couldn't funtion. I tryed to find power Printer 5.0 but I couldn't. They said that Infowave company that manufacture the Power Print doesn't exist anymore.

About the Epson LX-300 driver for use in Mac OS 9 and Mac OSX I coudn't find the EPSON Generic 9-pin driver anywere. I tryed in solution #1 (ohms) but I didn't find anything.

Please advise.

I have an epson lx 300 which a parallel port and I need to use it with my laptop which only has usb ports. Can I get a cable to adapt it or convert it to be able to fit to a usb port?

You maybe able to find an adapter BUT the problem will be finding a printer driver for this old printer.

Hello, i have plugged in Epson lx-300 printer in usb port via converter.......then added printer in 'Printers and faxes' option ....but when i clicked on print option it said 'the document failed to...

reinstall your printer driver... then restart both pc and computer

How do i install an epson lx 300 printer to a vista machine using a parallel to usb converter? i can't locate nor create usb 001 port with the driver cd of the said printer.

1. Start
2. Settings
3. Printer and Faxes
4. Add a printer
5. then Next
6. then Next
7. then Next
8. then Next
9. select Manufacturer name : Epson
10. select Printer name : Epson LX-300
11. Next
12. Windows will automatically install the driver for your Printer

I WANT MY EPSON LX-300+ INSTTALE TO MY COMPUTER

This printer needs a parallel port only. And if youre using xp os just make add printer and it will just add this printer, driver is almost ready. If it ask for driver just insert the winxp installer cd.
