Question about Canon imageRUNNER 1370F All-In-One Laser Printer
I have an HP all-in-one monochrome laser and it works great EXCEPT when in copier mode and using the document feed assmbly. The outputted copies have multiple black streaks extending from top to bottom of the sheet. All other printing is OK. Weird huh? I'm thinking drum or fuser, but which? And why only when in copier mode vs printer or fax reception modes? Isn't the same laser printing process involved with each? Please help if you can. Don't want to junk this 1 year old machine if a readily fixable part is to blame. Thanks in advance.
Clean scanner lens with glass cleaner applied to microfiber cloth aslo clean copier glass if this doesnt fix it replace toner/drum cartridge
