LUCENT PARTNER-18D PHONE

WE NEED TO CHANGE THE MAIN GREATING ON THE PHONES. FOR EXAMPLE WENE SOME ONE CALLS THEY HEAR "PRESS 11 FOR VICENT" NOW WE NEED IT TO SAY PRESS 11 FOR PATRICIA

We changed our message and somehow it changed our prompts. In other words, we cannot transfer to any of the extentions. HELP..

is it possible to add 2 voicemail options to one extention? for example, i would like the caller, once in voicemail system for ext, to be able to choose option 1 for one person and opt two for another.

What voicemail do you all have? When you log into the voicemail (intercom 777) it says, welcome to.........

2. Press the left intercom 2 times

* to set the time for 04:45 P.M., enter 1645

How to change time on lucent partner 18D and also the incoming message.

Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
press feature "00" to logout

What voicemail do you have currently?? When you dial into voicemail, what does the voicemail lady say? "Welcome to Partner......."??????? Need to know that first.

Need to change the main greeting on our lucent/partner system?

You need to press 0 at the voicemail login prompt. If you dont have a button programmed you can dial Intercom-7-7-7. If the system is configured properly you will get the login prompt. You can then dial 0# for the admin login. The default password is 1234#

How to Change the date and time on the Lucent Partner 18D?

From the phone at extension 10 or 11 press FEATURE 00 Left Intercom Left Intercom #103 and enter the 4 digit military time. (if you need it, the date is #101 in mmddyy format).

Press FEATURE to exit
