Question about Toshiba 32AF41 32" TV
Coming up as tinted yellow simply indicates that it is the television that has a problem after trouble shooting with a dvd player.
Take the television to a service center near you for repairs.
Good luck and remember to rate this solution/ suggestion.

Check your cables both on the back of the DVR and the TV. Especially if you have an HD receiver. I had this exact same problem yesterday and it was one of the cables on the back of the DVR needed to be pushed in all the way. One thing I noticed with the yellow tint was that there was no "red" in anything in the picture. If something was suppose to be red it was black. The lack of red was making everything look yellow. Hope this helps!

Has anyone had a magnatic or speakers near it? you may just need to demagnatis the TV.

Well there isnt but 3 things if its near the heater/fireplace and thats Either yellowing is caused by the smoke built up which means with TV off you can clean the screen/ or Someone has adjusted the Tint in your Menu controls for color ,tint, brightness ,ect or the shadowmaster in the Tube itself is Bad and of thats the problem the only way to correct it is to replace the Tube. When you turn Color OFF in the menu do you see a black and white picture? With color turned off it should be a black and white picture.
Disconnect the DVD ad connect directly to your TV and see if pictur returns to normal.
You would need a deguassing coil it looks like a stering wheel Big Round Piece of equitment with off/on switch on it! But you can Try this I have done it when someone stole mine and I had to buy another one Take a Speaker that has a magntic on it you will see the colors change move it around close to the tube of the TV try moving it out to the side pulling it away from set, or just call a shop to see what they would charge to demagnatis it!

The TV is not next to any speakers nor has any magnet passed near it since midnight last night when I turned it off. Would heat from a fireplace affect it? It is adjacent to my fireplace and I used it for 3 hours.
Thanks.
The screen for my Toshiba 32AF41 is tinted yellow. I don't think it is a problem with my Dish Network satellite feed because my other TV is fine. Also, I tested a DVD and it also comes up tinted yellow.
The response was I may have to demagnetize the TV.

Thanks for your response. I checked to make sure all the cables were connected snugly. I also plugged the satellite receiver directly to the TV. Unfortunately, the screen is still tinted yellowish/green.
So, maybe it needs to be demagnetized after all? If so, how would I accomplish this?
Thanks for your suggestions. I cleaned the screen, still yellowish/green. I checked the TV settings and turned the color off, same thing. I've also checked that all the plugs were connected tightly and then plugged the satellite receiver directly to the TV.
Unfortunately, none of the solutions have worked. If the TV needs to be demagnetized, how would I do this?
Thank you.
