YOU CAN RESET THE ROUTER TO FACTORY SETTINGS You may reset router to factory setting from the reset button on the
back side of the router. Use a paper pin to press the button for few
seconds, the lights on the front would blink and the router would
restart with factory setting. Please not that ALL SETTING WOULD BE
LOST...AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO MAKE CONFIGURATIONS AND SETTING ALL OVER AGAIN

2 ways you can do this. <br />
1. Connect to your router 192.168.1.1. Go to advance setup, NAT settings, then virtual servers. Click ADD, you will be at a setup screen now, click Select Service and choose xbox live. Then type in your ip address just below (192.168.1.1) and click save/apply, thats it.<br />
2. Go to this site, <a href="http://www.portforward.com">www.portforward.com</a>, go through the motions and selct your zhone 6218 modem. Follow the directions they have listed.
try doing a Google search USUALLY the address is 192.168.1.1 if your running xp or higher look for the command prompt icon it is in the start menu under acessorys the type ipconfig it should give you a number for your gateway or call up the manufatures tech support
The manufacturer won't have your installation CD because that process is exclusive to your ISP. Check your ISP's website to see if they release their setup software online or contact them to get the required CD.
