D pad keys do not work

Yupp I have the same problem too, try opening the case and try to tighten the parts here and there, reassamle again works fine.. but after 1 hour dpad not functioning again.. any idea please help.. software issue or hardware issue??? fyi, i've done the hard reset almost everyday due to this irritating problem... wa~! same here.....mine touch screen and d pad both~! i know what problem but it is not possible to get those parts~! the damn keypad board controls these function!!!! any one got one~! i am very in need~!!!!!!
