If the phone memory is full u cant get files thru bluetooth, even u set bluetooth memory as memory card. so clear your phone memory and try it again. the files u r recieving thru bluetooth is temporarly stored in phone memory till the full file is recieved and after recieving it is automatically transfered to memory card if u set bluetooth memory as memory card. even i faced the same problem, now its working
Well, my friend had this problem.
I THINK that some phone cant handle certain file types, they wont take them.
But this is just a guess, since my friend tried to receive a pic and it didnt work, then he recieved another pic and it worked, i think the file types were different
to recieve anything via bluetooth on blackberry phones you must first choose the file of type..eg.if you want to recieve a picture from someone, go to media-pictures-blackberry button-recieve file. To send you must be paired and have it switched on perm.
That isn't a problem when your done with the pairing you should go to media and press the bb button their you will find recieve ussing bluetooth , you should do the same thing evry time you recieve a file or picture ,.
Normally when you recieve files through bluetooth it get stored in phone memory 'recieved files'.
This shows No suffiecient memory because the phone memory is full. The phone memory of this mobile is only 7 MB.Please delete some content in phone memory and then get the file through bluetooth.
After you recieve the files transfer it to memory card before you start recieving the next file. You wont get this message again
check your phone memory. That should be greater than the size of the file that you are trying to transfer..check which is your memory in use also.If memory is available check the phone visibility and try to pair the device and send..it will get clear....Hope this will help you...
