Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
Whenever I try to open Group policy editor by typing "GPEDIT.MSC" in run I get a window saying
snap in failed to initalize,
Name:Group policy object editor
Assist me to solve the problem.
I'd suggest downloading and installing the Server 2003 Administration Tools. There were updates to several over the course of the last two service packs and may fix your problem. They are downloadable via http://www.microsoft.com/downloads. Do a search for Administration tools or adminpak.msi

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
