Here are the pads, no manual unfortunately for your model. The number you gave is the serial number, '59' is second half of 2009, and it is the 285th one made
that is purely normal to have cleaning material in the fresh water tank as the vac picks up the dirt from the floor it should really go into the dirty pickup tank purely normal nothing to worry about
I have a Eurolab and I can give you a couple of tips... Spot = concentric circles from a start point and will continue for 4mins Clean = will clean until battery runs out then go to base. Max = will clean until battery runs out and then return to base, charge and go again.
If you interupt any of the settings you will need to manually return unit to charger (either by picking it up- or turning it off on the unit - then turning it on again while holding down "Max" on the unit). It will then find its way home. The two different settings on the seperate little room divider are about how big the doorway distance is ie 1 metre or 4-7 metres (somethinig like that) to prevent it going into a sep room. There is a little filter that needes to be cleaned 1 or twice a fortnight - just to help with suction. The auto settings on the charger unit should be self explainatory but I just set mine off in the morning while I am doing other things and haven't go around to setting it yet. I am very happy with mine and my floor has all of those loose bits gone. I empty the pod weekly. You can't make it go back with the remote - or if you can it is not mentioned in the manual and I haven't worked it out yet.
Make sure that the dirt bag is empty and that the motor bearings are good. Also check for any debris that may be gumming up motor bearings and forcing it to run slow.
You also can check out the motor brushes and replace them.
Use 1 tank cap of Home Styles Turbo Shampoo by Aerus for each line of water. There's a clear strip on one side of the tank that has marks. If filled to the first mark, use 1 cap of shampoo. Second mark, 2 caps, etc.
Ensure you use the black bristle brushes.

You are over sudsing your recovery tank. The machine is made to shut off the air flow if water starts to be pulled into the motor, but bubbles want trigger that. So if there are a lot of bubbles in your recovery tank, the get sucked into the motor (Which will destroy it eventually) and then the moisture gets exhausted onto the floor from the motor.
Solutions
1. Use less soap (Read the directions, you may be using too much)
2. Use a different kind of soap (The concentration might not be right for your machine)
3. Use a defoamer (Rug Doctor has a defoamer)
