I need to replace the whole toilet seat,lid and seat. The loo is marked Duravit and was installed circa 10 years ago. I no longer have a record of the product name, how can I identify the replacement I need and order it accordingly? It is white, wall mounted toilet, ceramic. If dimensions are needed please instruct me how to go about supplying correct dimensions. Thanks DR London UK

I too have had this problem. No matter how i change the settings ..sooner or later the toilet starts to flow continually getting worse and worse. I have had plummers and friends etc see if they can make it stop and it is no better. I am very disapointed with it and will never ever buy Duravit again. I tried contacting them for help and got nowhere. Bad design. Waste of money.. I should have stuck with the old ball-**** system at B&Q.

Hi,
If yours is like mine, which has the flush and half flush that make up a circle, do the following:
Press either the flush or half flush.
Lift up the other half. (It should come straight out)
Lift up the remaining half.
There should be a white plastic screw that you can then remove.
