Could be bad rca cables or no output from the radio rca outputs. the sub control may be turned off on the radio (ive seen that alot at my work). if all that is fine, the amplifier may be bad. the rca cables may be plugged into the "out" section of the amp. gotta look at all the small obvious things first. good luck.

HAVE YOU A REMOTE SWITCHING FEED THAT IS NOT CONNECTED, ITS A SMALL LEAD THAT RUNS FROM THE HEAD UNIT, THE MAIN POWER FEED WILL POWER UP ALL ELSE, IF NOT IS THE FEED FROM THE HEAD UNIT TO SUPPLY THE INPUT A PHONO PLUG/S, OR A SMALL SOCKET, IF YOU FEED THE WRONG ONES IT WONT GET THE AUDIO TO POWER THE AMP
This is likely because the switching power supply in the amp is blown. You would have to remove the cover of the amp to determine if the supply is indeed blown. You'd need a multimeter to check the components. Let me know if you have any other questions.
