Yes the crock can do into the oven but the lid might not be oven proof if it has plastic on it...
Also do not place the crock on the stove top as that may crack it...

But the oven will be okay for just the crock...

usually yes but a quick search on google only found the lid and handle. Your best bet is to call the company number and ask them for the local reseller of replacement parts (usually also provides service). If they do not have it they will order it for you.

Call Hamilton Beach. This crock pot was recalled because of threat of severe burn. My handle broke and I dropped my lid. When I called to buy a new lid, I was told of the recall. They will send you an envelope. You then send back the end of the cord. I got a whole new cooker, crock and lid in the mail. : )
