I loaded fedora 10 on my dell inspiron 1545 and my blue tooth and wifi is no more working even with my network cable i can't browse the internet.

no...get a usb bluetooth adapter...works great.

Do a system restore/recovery.Skip the repair.

It is not a switch
look on the keyboard and look at 'F2' button and press it
this is the button which turns on the wifi
note the f2 key says f2 in blue and then shows a wifi signal icon in white also note a blue square box appears as you switch on and off your wifi connection in the bottom right hand corner...

Upgrading your laptop OS from Vista to Win 7, you have to reinstall your Bluetooth drivers for Win 7 OS(ie x86bit or x64bit) for the Bluetooth to function properly.

Under "Network" -> Select your correct Bluetooth drivers versions for your OS Win 7 (i.e. x86bit or x64bit) to install.

Call Dell support if still under warranty, they can help you restore it the manufacture's original setting.

Try removing your network by opening your network and sharing center, then click on manage your wireless networks then right click and remove it. Then restart and try to reconnect. This should work, if not repost and I'll see what we can figure out for you.

Open Intel Proset Wireless or Dell wireless utility from start>all programs. Make sure the the checkbox for 'enable radio' is checked.

Press the Fn Key plus F2 to activate wireless, it is off by default

Reinstall wifi driver and check the IP address
