Look on bottom of the keyboard, it should have a real small switch giving you the options of chanels. Try another setting then press the button on top of the transnmitter to have it look for it again on another chanel.

Cani still use my micro innovations wireless mouse without the keyboard and receiver and if so what do i do

Your keyboard and mouse works on the same transmitter. if you remove the transmitter you will not be able to use both the keyboard or your mouse. You can add another keyboard and mouse to the USB ports and still have the wireless mouse and keyboard available.. You'll be able to use only one device at a time.

I have a Compaq computer and keyboard and a wired Micro Innovations (mini) mouse. I also have a Micro Innovations wireless optical mouse. How do I hook up the wireless to work?

For the wireless mouse to work with your computer, make sure that it has a bluetooth capability in it. This is how your computer will communicate with your wireless mouse. If it does not have bluetooth, see if your wireless mouse came with a bluetooth dongle. If it does, connect the dongle, download the driver and the pc should detect your wireless mouse.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hope this helps!

I HAVE A MICRO MINI MOUSE HOW DO I CONNECT TO MY COMP? ITS WIRELESS AND I DONT REMEMBER IT COMING W/ A USB PORT DO I NEED IT?

Unfortunately without the USB wireless receiver the mouse will not work.
You can try contacting Micro Innovations to see if they could help you, or maybe check ebay for a new receiver.
