Printing checks not working

I have 4 different accounts within the software. When I print checks, only 1 account will print the checks. The other 3 give me an error message and close the software.

Sketch out what is printed and what are not? Is there any difference between account operations between printed one and other 3's? Mostly "closing software" highlights when there is a chance of missing of some dll files or run time error, that to i didn't get error code of the problem in order to narrow down path!

The program must be installed in an Administrator account and must be run in compatibility mode.

To check if you are using an Administrator account use the following steps:

1. Click on Start, then Control Panel

2. Open user accounts then select your Account

3. If it says Administrator you are finished, if not continue to step 4

4. Select Change your Account type, then choose administrator.

5. Click Ok.

6. Reboot computer and install.

Once the install is complete, follow these steps to run in compatibility mode:

1. Right click on desktop shortcut, then select properties

2. Click Compatibility tab, then check the box that says Run this program in compatibility mode for:

3. It should default to Windows XP (Service pack 3). leave it there.

4. Click Ok.

This should resolve your issue. If it does not, either you have a bad install disc or you will need to perform a completely clean install of Print Shop, which is signficantly more involved.

How do I fix error 571 on my 9800 monarch ticket machine using my loftware 32 design ticket?

If you are getting error 571 from Nebraska Book Company's WinPrism inventory control system, File --> System Settings --> set the Receipt Type to 8-1/2 X 11. It seems irrelevant but it works.

Another possible resolution to the problem is to remove the Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10) profile of the offending user:

0. Login as the offending user and backup anything they want to keep, like browser bookmarks/favorite or documents on the desktop.
1. Log into Windows as a local administrator.
2. Control Panel --> User Accounts --> select the offending user --> Remove.
3. Restart.
4. Log into Windows as a local administrator.
5. Delete C:\Users\offending_user
6. The following is necessary to avoid a "temporary profile" error: Regedit.exe HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> Software --> Microsoft --> Windows NT --> Current Version --> ProfileList --> select each entry until you find the one with a ProfileImagePath of C:\Users\offending_user and delete it.
7. Control Panel --> User Accounts --> add the user.
8. Login as the offending user, add the printer, and now it should work.

If it is running on windows xp then you can log on into safe mode and remove the password from the admin account. Following are the steps listed to do so:
1. Turn on the computer and keep tapping F8 and it will show some options. 2. Select safe mode. 3. Log on using Admin. 4. Go to control panel by clicking start. 5. Then go to user accounts and remove the password from the account you are trying to log in with.

Vista
Start>Type User Accounts in Search>Click User Accounts>Manage Another Account Create New Account..
If its able to print fine in new account then that means the profile of your old account is corrupted..If its doing the same thing in new account also ..Reinstall the Printer driver in the following Method..
Disconnect the Printer
1.Click>Start>Control Panel>Printers and Faxes and delete the The Printer that you are reinstalling the driver for delete all if there are more than 1 printer of the same.
2.Go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs> Uninstall the Lexmark related Programs
3.Restart the computer
4.Start > Run > Type in "cmd"
5.now you will have command prompt Type this and hit enter "net stop spooler"
6.Click>Start>Run Type in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers" Hit Enter
7.You will have the following folder open rename the W32X86 folder to W32X86.OLD
8.Restart the computer
9.Insert the Lexmark CD and start installing the software Note : Connect the Printer only when the installation is prompted to connect..

This should defnitely take care of your problem..
Note if you are using vista try this first
Start type msconfig open that go to tools tab and disable UAC and restart and check..
