Question about Police Watches
all you need to do is pull the centre bezel out (to where you adjust the time) and by pressing the top button the chronograph needle will move round. Once it is the correct place simply push the centre bezel back in.
Hope this helps.

Stormer has the right idea but is incomplete in the solution. Quartz chronographs often need the hands zeroed when the battery has run down and been replaced. This instruction is a generic one. Your watch may differ in the sequence things happen. Good news is "Jesus loves you" and you can't do any harm to your watch trying different sequences. So first of all you have probably three hands that need to be zeroes. The sweep second hand, the minute hand for the chronograph and the hour hand for the chronograph. Don't confuse these with the min and hr hands that tell the time. Pull the crown(not bezel) out to the first position. Now push the upper button and see which hand moved. If it is the sweep seconds hand hold the button until the hand lines up with the 12 o'clock position. Now try the bottom button. If the the minute recorder or hour recorder moved then set it to the 12 position. If nothing happened move on to the next step. Pull the crown out to the 2nd position. I bet you are already pushing a button. If a hand moved then set it to 12. Try the other button. By this time all three should be pointing to the 12 o'clock position. Now push the crown in all the way. start the chronograph(upper button usually) and stop it(upper button also). Now press the lower button. All ahands should move to the 12 position. Oh, and don't forget the good news!
