It is probably American region coded and need to play indian DVDs. So some way to unlock would be helpful. Please note that I dont have universal all in one remote.

Hi have you istalled the correct software that came with it.
if you have then it could be that the tracks you have put on it are in wrong format.
you can change the format by using search engine and type in change format you need to change them to mp3 also delete whats on their and start again if you use something like limewire you can get tunes for free and after downloading them store them in file then you can drag and drop them onto your mp3

Hi the music you got from cds put all these in seperate folder then use a search engine and type in "change music format" or "free music format changer"
AFter doing this croll down the list untill you find one thats free then you will need to select convert to mp3 then select all of the songs you have in the folder from cds then select these and this will change the format for you.
Alternatively you should be able to get all the music you need from limewire including everything you have on cd.
If you need further assistance let me know but the software that converts the files for you works as i have used it myself but i just cant remember what site i used but im sure it was one of the first 3 in the list so give it a try let me know how you ge on ok

Sony esupport says the track is damaged and has to be deleted and then reloaded - assuming you've got the track saved seperately in another format like mp3
