You will have to take the machine in to have the finger on the camstack reset

The problem is likely the threading. Double check the threading, look twice or three times at the diagram. Even me, a tech sometimes threads a machine or serger wrong.

Try flipping the bobbin spool so the thread comes off in the other direction.
Forcing means that the needle has been jammed against the sewing plate ant the needle is now out of timing with the bobbin pickup.

Make sure the needle is in correctly with the flat side to the rear of the machine, make sure to thread the upper and lower portions of the machine correctly. If this does not solve your problem

I had the exact same problem. The timing is off. You can actually fix this yourself all you need is an allen wrench. If you look at the rod the needle is inserted into and follow it up to about 2 inches below the top of the machine there should be a clamp. use the allan wrench to loosen the clamp and adjust the needle height. now if only I could figure out why my thread keeps getting jammed under the bobbin!
