Insight cable is digital and you have a analog tv thus you may need a box in order to get such signal from the digital cable system as you analog set will not sense the signal being pump threw the line. I would call insight cable and ask them to come ans look at your setup there. But you could run the channel setup from your remote and try to rescan but i think you need a box.

You need to put it on channel 3!! not 4 so you can pick up the cable box if your still having issues contact your cable provider for help on getting it set back to where it was,

Typically the cable box is the source of your channel programming. If you're getting the "no programs available" you need to find if that notice is from your TV or your cable box. Check the connections from your cable source to the cable box and from the cable box to your TV.
Make sure that your TV is set on the proper source selection. Most Projection TV's have several (ant, cable A, B, DVD etc) check your on-screen menu for which one and make sure the cable is connected to the proper input ports on the back of your TV.
If you disconnect the cable between the tv and cable box and still get the "no programs "...then it's your TV.. but if you lose that warning, then it's coming from the cable box... If after checking your connections, disconnect the power to your cable box and let it sit for 5 minutes and then reinsert the power to the box and see if you get a reset with signal...... If nothing after all this, contact your cable provider to check their signal to your house and also the cable box.... Hope you have quick success on this!

There is strong magnetic field around the TV. This may be due to the tower speakers or any portable radio kept close by.

Re orient the TV try switching OFF / ON at the intervals of 30 minutes. The built in auto de-gauser will correct the problem. In cable TV program if the picture is OK, nothing wrong in the TV.

Check with a different CD.

How do i program cable channel in to my 27" tv ,,only has local channels 2-13 when we use auto program, no other stations lock in to the tv....SAP in left hand corner 27" glass screen flat

You have to make sure the TV is set to cable not air. Will not look for upper programs unless it is set to cable. SAP needs to be off in the setup menu unless you want it on. Secondary Audio Program(SAP) is for foreign languages.
