Computer wont reconize the printer hp5780 did not come with disc to download .will not copy we do not have the disc for the printer . we got this hp used. we think that is why the comp will not reconize the printer. please help??????????????

Download and install the software located on this page.
If this does not solve the problem, you need to make sure your USB ports are enabled and/or installed correctly by checking in your system device manager.
