1. Turn the frame off. 2. Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet. 3. Remove any memory card or flash disk from the frame. 4. Connect the power cable directly to a wall outlet. 5. Turn the frame on. 6. Use a paper clip to press the button inside the pinhole on the back of the frame.
If after trying the above steps and the frame still have the same problem, then we need to send the frame in for a repair as per warranty guidelines.
Your frame will be repaired per warranty guidelines.A product is warranted for 1 year from the date-of-purchase. For an In-Warranty repair, a “Proof-of-Purchase” is required.If the repair center finds any customer induced damaged, the warranty will be voided and you will receive a notification from the repair center in such cases.
