I replaced OEM battery with one from non-OEM store. Fits fine. Seems to intermittently run on battery power without charger. Sometimes, needs charger to start up, then can remove plug and will run on battery. Other times, it shows battery is 91-93% charged, but as soon as I unplug adapter, PC dies. Is PC not fully/consistently recognizing new battery? Old battery showed no charge.

Time to replace battery. Also if you have purchased a battery from any source except from the place where you purchased the phone, chances are it is not an OEM battery. Non-OEM batteries work but they get hot and sometimes you will get an error message indicating that the battery is a NON OEM battery and not supported

Mini 1012. new battery. charger led working, battery wont charge. when plugged in charger works for about 30 seconds

Seems like you may have purchased the incorrect battery or they shipped you one that is NOT for your unit, if you purchased an "aftermarket" battery this could be the issue. Not saying aftermarket parts are bad, they are just massed produced and sometimes you get a bad one. Return it for refund or replacement. Try E-Bay for a reseller for this product, much less cost.

- The laptop only runs on battery power.
- The laptop will not charge the battery.
- The laptop switches from AC power to battery power intermittently.

If the power supply does not run the laptop without the battery, then the problem is the jack in the laptop, over time the plug breaks free of the motherboard causing intermittent operation or no power. If the power supply runs the laptop without the battery, it is the charging circuits on the motherboard that is the issue.

Intermittently all power lost after attempting to start

sounds like you need to clean the terminals on the battery and/or need to replace the battery cables, check both ends of where the cables attatch to the battery clamps, if they look discolored, melted or corroded in any way , replace them.
