the easiest way is when you log in with your user name under where the password there should be, is a place to click that says forgot password, just click on it and put in the correct information and you will be able to change the password

click on that and you will be asked weather you want the help to come in the mail to your E- mail address or as an SMS.
In the mail you get a link very long to click on, when you have done that you get instructions on how to create your new password.

then go to the account and look for a place to change passwords
and put in a new password

You put your temp password in the same place that you would your other password.
