Why is the persons voice on the other end so low?when i make a call the ringing is very low and you can almost not hear their voice. the volume is up at its highest as well.

This problem I've had myself But it will only solve the problem if your cell uses a sim card. When the sim cards go bad thats whats happens your hear them but they can't hear you or vice-versa.
Hi at the back of the phone you will see a selectable Hi/Lo/Off switch. Slide the (Ringer) switch to High position or Low position to turn the ringer on. Hi for high volume Lo for low volume.
To prevent hearing any ringing of incoming calls slide the (ringer) switch to the off position but when you ready to accept incoming calls again remember to slide the switch back to either Hi or Low setting. Hope this made sense and helped.
