I was using the stupid joystick of my creative zen v when it just froze. I dont knw if i click a combination that would lead to such result. Anyhow, if im not mistaken, i havent misused it--fell from my grip, blah. I NEED TO KNOW WHY IT FROZE AND HOW I CAN 'REVIVE' IT. the other buttons don't work: the back, play/pause, sleep(or standby), volume adjust, on/off. nothing, works. i tried connecting it to my pc--nothing. okthanks.
