Why do I suddenly have no hot water in my electric Premier Plus water heater?

1st check the circuit breaker that supplies power to the water heater. If that is OK then check and see if you have power to the heating elements on the water heater. If not then check and see if the thermostat on the water heater has power to its connections and verify that it is calling for the water to be heated. Last if all these checks are OK then you must have a burnt out heating element. Some can be replaced but you will have to drain the water from the heater before replacing the elements.

I have a All Pro 150,000 Torpedo heater, it will turn on and then after a few min. the unit will turn off, a poff of white smoke will come out and then turn off

Take the cover off and see if the heater runs ok, if it does then you have an air problem. Check the air pressure. Check for any cracked air lines, or any other plastic parts associated with air, don't forget to check the plastic piece that the nozzle screws in to.

Heater runs for three min. then shuts off with a cloud of smoke behind it.

Check for water in fuel. Your suction fuel tube sits right on the bottom of your tank. This is where all of the water will be. The water is being picked up instead of fuel. I have repaired many kerosene heaters in the past, This is a common problem due to the tank sweating in the hotter months. If so drain, clean tank, replace fuel filter if needed. Refuel and test again.

My reddy heater is 110,000 BTU. It started spitering and sputtering like it was out of kerosene, but still has a half a tank. Any ideas?

If you brought the heater to my shop the absolute first thing I would do is shine a flashlight into the tank. Look for water droplets (or trash) rolling around the bottom of the tank. Keep in mind if there is a "layer" of water the light won't find it. Drain the tank if there is a "hint" of contaminants.

Next, I would check the fuel filter for stoppage or restriction.

Reddy Heater not firing

Take air preassure from an air hose to turn the fan blades to loosen everything up. Time for afull service, like change the vanes in the pump, 3- filters fuel--2 air.

Kerosene heater produces a lot of soot.

you are deffinitely not getting enough air to fuel mix, check your lines for breaks. If they are ok you will probably need to pressure check it.
