Question about Toshiba TDP P4 Multimedia Projector
Most likely the lamp ballast in the power supply is blown, this was common in the P4 units. These units are more than 4 years old. They were OEM from InFocus. You can check on ProjectorCentral.com for cross reference info to the P4 (for parts info). Your unit may need repair, however it may cost more than the unit is worth (est. $150-$300) I can recommend PROJECTOR DOCTOR in San Diego CA, or ALLTECH ELECTRONICS in New Jersey for repair of this item. PJ DOC might have parts as they were a InFocus repair center as well.
