"virus attack" . remove the memory card and flash the phone.fiirst turn off the phone . then hold * ,3 and green dial key together and switch on the phone without relasing these keys for 1minute . the phone will show a white screesn for a few seconds and then get works . if the problem get rectified format the memory card in compuetr
