the problem is a sofware bug eats up the bios destroying the video settings in the bios.seen this happen with a laptop after he did a restore.the restore reloaded a bios bug.destroying the second motherboard.your hard drive is contaminted with a killerbug.don`t bother with you data.replace the motherboard and reload the drive to get rid of the bug.

ps.ran the laptop for 4 days with no problems till the customer ran a restore from his old data.so you tell me.weird shit huh.
it is to me ,now what do tell the customer when it came in for the same problem and now back with it because of software.
