Have heating pad model 818-7. blinking red light for high when connected- but no heat. what to do. I love this soft, terry cloth hour glass heating pad controller model number: SW204. e12107 is also on the back of the plastic control. if this cant be fixed, i would like to purchase same model...where can i have it repaired or replaced?

Walgreens heating pad has a 3 year warranty. If you save your receipt they just pull a new one out of the box and put your old one in the box.
