I cant start my computer! when i press the power button my monitors light turns orange(from yellow) and my keyboard's light starts blinking...there comes a beep sound three times,my CPU power light remains...

This means there is some issue with your computers RAM sticks, Open the CPU and refix the RAM sticks .If you have multiple RAMs in system try to fix one and start computer.Still not working remove that RAM and fix another one. even its not working you will have to change RAMs.

AOC color monitor model 5En...during power on all led lights blinks then stops blinking without display action. all led lights on no more action observed.

actually if u repair an aoc monitor alone without getting connected to cpu once u switch on the monitor all led's will lit on ( green light ) it will remain on situation until u connect the vga connector to cpu that's the time led's will lit off and only the power led will remain in green condition.some aoc 5en once u power on power led is in green condition and if not connected to cpu it will be in orange condition.hope u get some idea but i am not sure if it will work with ur monitor. but as long as LEDs lit on i think no problem with ur monitor.

Computer does not fire up. I do have steady green light on power supply. All motherboard connections appear to be tight.I have come home before to a beeping noise in the past. After resetting the machine...

That beeping noise may be due to over heating.
Most machines today have a temperature setting that will turn the machine off once the temperature reaches a certain point.
Safety feature to avoid damaging your cpu and components.
The shut down and restarting allows the CPU to cool down briefly.
Thus allowing you to start the machine again. Usually it will shut down again once the temperature threshold is again reached.
Good test is let the machine sit for 30 min. If it immediately starts up and shuts down a few minutes later. Heat build is usually the problem.

Typically this is due to heat sink or Fan on the computer CPU.
Check to be sure both are connected to the CPU and functioning.
If you have a fan on top of the heat sink above the CPU. Make sure it is working correctly. Dust build up over time will eventually kill the fan bearings or reduce airflow. Heat sink can and will become clogged with dust also. Replacement fans are easy to find. Heat sinks are even easier to clean.
Depending on your machine and CPU position replacing the fan can be a challenge. But can be done in a few minutes with minimum tools.

Each bios has different post codes and it is difficult to tell what is happening with out knowing the bios of your particular machine. Listen for the beeps and check your computer manual.
You can also google for this. Here is a web site that lists a few bios P.O.S.T codes.
http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm
Once you know the beep sequence you can look it up. Usually points to the problem and you can go from there.

Good luck!

L1932TQ Fails on Desktop, works on Notebook

it simply means that your cpu is not giving back signal to your monitor to process, in fact, it is a cpu problem that is why there is nothing to display in your monitor.

Your cpu froze because of that usb thing. the only way to unfreeze it is to manually reset your hardware in this order.

1. RAM modules. If you can unplug your RAM (memory modules) connected in your motherboard, please do it. Just unplug the modules and then plug it back in. if you have 2 rams, then interchange them when plugging it back. this will force your mobo to refresh its resources.

2. CPU. if you can pull out your cpu chip, then do it. this will refresh your cpu setting in your mobo. (mobo = motherboard)

Regards!
