Question about Epson (C31C411016) Printer
I had approx 25 sheets of paper loaded into my printer and the next time I tried to print, the printer decided to take all 25 sheets at once and caused a paper blockage, I removed all 25 sheets of paper by force as it had locked solid about 2" inside the printer, now when I try to print with fresh paper I get the message paper not loaded correctly, it is but the printer will not take it. Could I have damaged something internal when I pulled the paper out ?
Ok " if you look in where the paper is loaded on top there is a small switch with a finger , may be bent. tells printer when paper is low
rubber wheels that pull paper threw may be glazed , take sand paper and go over wheels to ruff up
