To fix the problem, please press the connect connect button on the bottom of the mouse and the connect button on the reciever and relaese both the buttons together. this would rest the wireless connection and then the mouse should work fine.
Try looking in your bluetooth places and see if you can add the keyboard by itself, if not remove the mouse/keyboard and try re-adding them both as a pair.
