Move to c drive and search for it connect your phone to pc and open the C drive in it and find your files

You can enter the safe mode for options. Start with system off. Hold the power button on the front. You should here 2 single beeps, the third

3. Code is the last four digits of your phone number (unless you have changed it personally)

Sounds like your number lock is on. Find the key with blue lettering that says 'Num Lk' (or something very similar). Press Fn and that key, and your number lock will be turned off and your keys will go back to normal.

Ok it sounds like 3 rings of death.. now this will sound crazy but it saved a few 360s that came through me...

Take 2 towels and wrap it around the 360 to make sure it can heat up (YES I AM SERIOUS) turn it on for 15 min and let it sit.. the 3 lights will blink.. after the 15min unwrap let it rest for 30 seconds then boot it up again.. somtimes thats all it needs let me know asap if it worked.. It worked on mine and saved my cod3 life!

You need to get it replaced or fixed - take it back to wherever you bought it with a reciept and they should either replace it or get it fixed. If you replace it, you might want to copy your saved games onto a USB device.

Alternatively, you can phone Sony (the number should be on their site somewhere, use Google) and they should help you get it fixed/replaced directly through them.
