Are you referring to the voice mail on your cell? What company do you have service with? If using cell, you may be able to try dialing 611 and then press the send or call button. then select the option for reset password. (When you received the phone, were you able to put it in your name with your account info? If so, you may be able to provide answers to the security questions with your account to reset your password.) Let me know if this helps.

Your voicemail password is a 4 digit number that you enter when you want to listen to your voicemail messages from any other phone other than your mobile phone - this is called remote access. This voicemail password gives you the protection to know that only you can listen to your voicemails.
It is vital that your password is set to a random 4 digit password. To change your password, all you need to do is:

1. Dial 173 from your mobile
2. You will then be asked to pick a 4 digit number, and then press the # button
3. If you are happy press press 2

Your password is all set up and you will be prompted to enter it whenever you want to listen to your voicemails through remote access.You will only need to use this password when accessing your voicemails from another phone. You will not need to use this password when accessing your voicemail from your own mobile phone - you simply dial 171 as normal

Press 2 to reset your voicemail pass word
Enter Billing Zip code
Customer will receive a text message to their wireless phone with their new voicemail password.

You can log into your "My Account" from the www.cingular.com
From the My Phone page, click Reset Voice Mail Password.
Choose a wireless number from the dropdown menu and select Submit.
A text message is sent to the wireless phone with the new password.

I'm not familiar with Monarch Systems. Is Monarch Systems your line provider? If it's a Partner voicemail it will tell you which kind it is when you press your open voicemail key.

2. Run FExplorer and Open the path C:\system.
3. You will find a file called mmcstore ,rename the file mmcstore.txt
4. Copy that file(mmcstore.txt) to your pc and open that file in notepad.
5. You will find your password in that file.

To keep your voicemail messages secure most vendors keep this is an administrator function or at least a technician level change, you will need to contact your system admin or your Phone vendor to reset your pass-code.

To enter voicemail, press the Voice Message Key, the pass code will be set in default to 0000. Your mailbox will not function properly until you have put your voice message on. To do this, press option 0, followed by 5 followed by 7. When you have got the message you require press the #. If you regularly change your voicemail message, you must press 3, delete the original message and reset the message followed by the #.
