'Who is the manufacture for lotos cut50. I wanted to buy consumables for the torch but torch does not have model on it. Lotos people won't tell me because they want you to buy them from them.

There are three wires on the machine, RED BLUE and YELLOW GREEN. In a standard US 220 VAC connection there is red, black and white. RED is connected to red, BLUE is connected to black and YELLOW GREEN is connected to white.

Most likely HF spark adjustment needs to be done.

Depending where that transformer connected, it could merely be a 24 volt contral transformer- especially if the cooling fan has only one pair of wires coming from it, It has several boards, and those are not intended for field repair, but knowing where int he circuit that transformer is will make it a lit easier to identify. If it has a tag number that might cross to an original vendor part.

Or if you see a name on any of the components like Airco, Tweco, etc, you cold get through your current supplier or you could take them to a local welding supply and see if they can identify them. Chances are very good they simply used something readily available.

check ur ground

Test all the mosfets, good chance one or more are failed.

the spark that you see when you touch work peice is high frequency,recheck connections like good ground (tight and clean)on the unit and work peice.no ground no fire.

unsure what you mean here ,to read you only have to open it .
to modify the program is done in many ways mainly by adding more source code.
to be modified as such ;is hacked or cracked.
norton antivirus for instance can be modified to give you a 10yr subscription ( i use this myself )
All programs are developed using some type of code(language) you merely need to find that code.
it used to be easy with code like delphi,lotos,c+ etc but now there are so many with 10000's of code line for even small programs.

food for thought ; linux have many programs(exe)which are modified regulary and supply source code where as windows keep their source code secret but are hacked often.
I hacked my copy of xp pro (cos I lost my id num)and then went on to activate it without being on line or having a land line.
still unsure of youre question though.the exe is only the file that EXEicutes the program.
