This is an old multi use copier we have in a back office. It is not hooked up to a computer nor a phone line. It is simply used for copying at this point. we have tried turning it on/off for several days at a time and nothing seems to work. It continually displays "Check Paper Size" on the little screen and will no longer make copies. Do you by chance have any further suggestions?
Ok " if you take out the paper tray and look where it goes , you will see little metal finger, it goes to a micro switch , that switch
could be bad, and it can be replaced.
