How to fix a leaking water dispenser?
remove the service panel, look for a loose or leaky hose. hose is inexpensive and easy to replace. if its coming from the cylinder and is cracked or split, it will need to be replaced. many companys will give you a 1 year contract of buying there water they deliver and you get a free water cooler.

Unless the dispenser switch is stuck. When you depress the switch you should hear the water inlet valve open and it should stop when you release it.

I have a leaky spigot what can I do
If the spigot means the end of the water tube in the water dispenser, and it steadily drips even if the dispenser is not used for 10 minutes or so - replace the water valve. If the dispenser drips water mostly wright after you used it - you might have some air bubbles in the refrigerator water tubing.
