Question about LG CHOCOLATE VX8500 Cellular Phone
I just had my LG VX8500 replaced by Asurion (insurance). This new instrument turns the backlights (screen & touch dial) automaticlly and periodically throughout the day. It's like when a call is trying to come through but not call happens. I also have the problem with this phone where the software freezes periodically and you can't turn the phone off without taking the battery out. Should this item #1 be something to be concerned about?
Can't wait till the contract is up and I can get a different phone...so many problems with the chocolate. The first one, the plug for the power/headsets broke. Couldn't charge the unit or use a headset without holding the plug in. =(
You need to reflash the firmware on the phone any mobile repair center, they should fix it.
