You need to call a panasonic tech to install a toner sensor spring kit.
Toner sensor holder kit (The silver part in center, directly below the toner) needs to be replaced by an authorized Panasonic repair center. Call Panasonic for one in your area.
The part should cost no more than $30-50. takes 5-10 minutes to replace. Most service places charge minimum 1 hour fee and possibly travel fees. so you are looking at $125-250 repair bill.
If the unit is out of warranty, Panasonic won't do it for free.
I have replaced the sensor kits on numerous DX-800 and it basically avoids displaying the toner errors, and you replace when print becomes light...the good old fashioned way.
