you need to empty the waste toner inside the drum cartridge,open the front door pull the lever down and take the drum cartridge out(with care) there is a cover on top of it.

Hello sir; According this particular model,the waste toner box comes with drum unit, for another word if waste toner box is full you have to replace whole drum cartridge.

The waste toner is in the front, open front cover and the white bottle in the middle is the waste toner cartridge. Remove the black screw, and empty or replace the cartridge.

hi: the toner waste bolltal is inside of the copier on the left side of the copie,it is inside the covers and needs to be empity by a technicen because also get drity and needs to be cleand.
