The correct number is MC306Vome-107FP mitsubishi part # 275P363030. I am not positive that you can get that IC it is considerd obselete you normally have to replace the signal board. However I doubt that is your problem. Have you checked the chassis for corrosion due to coolant leaks?and or bad capacitors? That chassis is prone to crt coolant leaks causing PB corrosion and solder deterioration. The signal board is pricey, If you can locate one.

Main system control memory IC fault. This is a very small IC; have 8 solder terminals, and can be located very near to the main system control-chroma IC. Check and replace it. Be sure to replace it with the same number printed on it; in all respect. Otherwise, it won't go. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

What is the number of main IC used with this kit. Just understand, Singer is not a branded name, and they uses different kit [Chinese] with their sets. Just search the site by type in the "Main system control chroma IC number" to your device, in the "Search box at the top right of the display window" to get gathered related posts.

It sounds that the main system control memory IC to this set is faulty. Contact any service technician. Sylvania 32 inch LC320ssx

It seems that the set itself changes inputs. Place it remote control away from the vicinity of the tV. and check. If it does the same, do a hard reset next. To make it a hard reset, unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and replug it back after 10 minutes or so. If these do not help you, be sure that the main system control memory IC to it is faulty and should be replaced.

Its main system control memory IC is faulty. Replace it. It can be located very near to the main system control IC. Will look like this.5328cc98-0a90-4a81-8aa5-f9c8c2b31484.jpgVery cheap to buy, easly available.
