2 solution is to reset printer to factory defult (press button until flash 4 times and relese the button.
Are you trying to program in ZPL? if you are then you don't need a driver, send the code directly to the port and it will print. I would firstly reset the defaults to make sure there are no corruptions in the settings. Just in case you not sure, press and hold the feed button, the green light will flash 1 then 2 etc on the 4th flash let the button go and it will calibrate and reset to the factory defaults.
